Ben Schwenk is a product manager with IDM Computer Solutions, publisher of the popular text editor UltraEdit. For 15 years Ben has supported its 4+ million users worldwide through tech support, technical documentation, user experience, and product management. He is passionate about all things text and finding ways to help developers and anyone in IT solve problems with UltraEdit and its family of tools. Ben lives near Cincinnati Ohio, with his wife and three children. When he's not with his family, you can find him somewhere in the outdoors where he enjoys backcountry camping, canoeing, and fishing.
